To tackle this project, Technomark helped the customer install five 10W fiber laser marking stations with a marking window of 3.93’ X 3.93’.
These marking stations were loaded manually or by a robotic system and were equipped with:
- A fume extractor
- Custom rotary tables
- A high-definition touchscreen interface
- A 2D reading system with a board camera
All of the equipment was specially designed and tested to meet the requirements laid out by the customer. The system Technomark set up was able to mark a turbine blade in 30 seconds and move to verification from the 2D reading system.
