Technomark has installed several Multi-4 Integrated machines into semi-automatic workstations for electrical component marking.
In one specific instance, Technomark dot peen marking machines were used for marking plastic connectors on electrical consoles made for the automotive industry. The Multi-4 dot peen marking system was fast and clean, marking around 4,000 parts a day.
Volume, of course, can increase on demand, and automation allows users to program marking speeds. The marking cycle for this application was 5.35 seconds.
