A German company installed three Multi-4 Integrated dot peen marking machines with adjustable protections to mark car seat rail assemblies in an automotive production line.
The marking machines operate via RS232 communication, but they are capable of using Ethernet communication as well.
Multi-4 Integrated machines are great for production lines because they have a fully automated configuration, which reduces human error and increases production speed. For example, the two Multi-4 machines installed in Germany are capable of marking 6,000 parts per day.
